Non-Faulty Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return any item from the date you received it
- All items must be returned in the original packaging
- All items must be returned unused and in the same condition you received it in
- Items could be subject to handling, re-stocking, and/or carriage charge
- Special items may be non-returnable
Faulty Returns
- Any product assumed to be faulty should be reported immediatly
- Dependant upon the manufacturers instruction, you will be advised of the next steps to take
- Items could be subject to a handling, re-stocking and/or carriage charge
Refunds
- Once we have recieved your item we will inspect it and advise you of the status of the refund
- Where a product has been returned fauly, it will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection before we advise you of the status of the refund
- If your return is approved, we will action a refund in the same method as the the original purchase
